As the saying goes, the best made plans of mice and men often go awry. The full day shooting I’d hoped for in Coney Island ended up being less than 1 hour. Although I had my trusted digital Fuji with me, on this trip I really wanted the practice of shooting medium format film. In addition to adjusting to the slower work flow of film, a threatening weather front was moving in, dramatically changing the light and mood. Anyway, caveats and excuses aside, these are the results of 3 rolls of Kodak Portra 160 and my near hour in Coney Island...
Till next time...
